When Interviewing an Agent

Our story began in 1978 when Sandra Humpherys began her career in real estate in North San Diego County. She loved serving clients with passion and integrity, and repeatedly enjoyed ranking as the #1 agent in her office. As Sandra worke with buyers and sellers, the passion she put into the profession was on display to a then 8-year old “assistant” (her son) who would attend open houses and make friendly conversation with prospective buyers who would visit.
But aside from watching his mother work, this little boy would frequently attend sales and prospecting seminars. He would later assist in mom’s office with mailing labels and even help with farming. As the young boy grew older, his love of real estate continued to develop into a passion. He went off to college and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and began buying and selling homes throughout San Diego County.
After 31 years in the business, Sandra fought and then thankfully won a battle with cancer and passed the baton to her son Brent Humpherys who runs the family business today with a commitment to the very same principles which have guided our service for 33 years:
